A shorter, more succinct English for this could be:
The stranger in your land should be treated as a citizen...

Love the stranger as you love yourself, for you were strangers in the Land of Egypt.

The English I would plan for this one is, We ARE our brothers' and sisters' keeper.

I'm imagining that a sign might say "You won't benefit from harming the poor." or "Your taxes won't build you a palace."
