(2) In the days to come, The Mount of GOD’s House Shall stand firm above the mountains And tower above the hills; And all the nations Shall gaze on it with joy.
(3) And the many peoples shall go and say: “Come, Let us go up to the Mount of GOD, To the House of the God of Jacob; That we may be instructed in God’s ways, And that we may walk in God’s paths.” For Holy law will come from Zion, The word of GOD from Jerusalem.
(4) Thus [God] will judge among the nations, And arbitrate for the many peoples, And they shall beat their swords into plowshares And their spears into pruning hooks: Nation shall not take up Sword against nation; They shall never again teach and learn warfare.

Remember our brethren, the whole house of Israel, in all the lands of their dispersion,
Lead them, swiftly and upright, to Your city Zion and to Jerusalem, the abode of Your Name, as is written in the Torah of Your servant Moses: “Even if your outcasts are at the ends of the world, from there the Lord your God will gather you, from there He will fetch you. Draw our hearts together to revere and venerate Your name and to observe all the precepts of Your Torah, and send us quickly the Messiah son of David, agent of Your vindication, to redeem those who await Your deliverance.
Manifest yourself in the splendor of Your boldness before the eyes of all inhabitants of Your world, and may everyone endowed with a soul affirm that the Lord, God of Israel, is king and his dominion is absolute. As it is written, "Acclaim, O gentiles his people" (Deuteronomy 32:43) and again "Praise the LORD, all you nations; extol him, all you peoples" (Psalm 117:1) Amen forevermore.

[Added here is prayer for sanctification, for justice, and for Torah witness to the nations, which the 1948 assume is postponed until after the messiah. We include Isaiah 2:4 here, after removing it from the American Prayers for the secular Government, for the State of Israel, for Redemption, and for Diaspora Jewry, and pray for prophetic fulfillment of 2:2-3 there, which is the logical order and appropriate role. This allows us to remove the hints of false secular messianism, replacement theology and supercesssionism, from the prayers for the US and other National governments found in orthodox and conservative siddurs and replace them with this Prayer for forgiveness after confession and renunciation of seeking deliverance from U.S. and foreign militaries. America is not the light of the world or the prophetic fulfillment at the end of history, as some of American prayer siddurs seem to think. Jerusalem is the light of the world, and the "a city on a hill cannot be hidden" mentioned in Joschka's sermon on the mount and throughout American political discourse, which misappropriates that epitheti for itself. Prayers should reflect sound theology and prophetic hermeneutics rather than the wishful thinking of christian dominionists and progressive liberals who want to delude themselves into believing that America is the promised land.

Strengthen the hands of those who defend our holy land, grant them deliverance, and adorn them in a mantle of victory. Ordain justice and peace in the land, and grant joy of heart to its inhabitants and to all who arise on pilgrimage to seek you there.
May the law go forth from Zion and the word of God from Jerusalem. May Israel become a light unto the nations, the sprouting of our redemption and the redemption of all.
