Find the Word!
Before Yosef dies, he makes his brothers swear that they will take his bones when they eventually leave Egypt. Our shoresh פ.ק.ד, in this case meaning “to remember,” repeats several times over the course of two pesukim. Can you find these verses in Bereishit 50? Why might Yosef repeat this word so many times?
