Is G-d a human (Chas v'Shalom)?

(25) Jacob was left alone. And a man wrestled with him until the break of dawn.(26) When he saw that he had not prevailed against him, he wrenched Jacob’s hip at its socket, so that the socket of his hip was strained as he wrestled with him.(27) Then he said, “Let me go, for dawn is breaking.” But he answered, “I will not let you go, unless you bless me.”(28) Said the other, “What is your name?” He replied, “Jacob.”(29) Said he, “Your name shall no longer be Jacob, but Israel, for you have striven with beings divine and human,^-d and have prevailed.”(30) Jacob asked, “Pray tell me your name.” But he said, “You must not ask my name!” And he took leave of him there.(31) So Jacob named the place Peniel, meaning, “I have seen a divine being face to face, yet my life has been preserved.”

(5) He strove with an angel and prevailed—
The other had to weep and implore him.
At Bethel [Jacob] would meet him,
There to commune with him.

(20) Bless the LORD, O His angels,
mighty creatures who do His bidding,
ever obedient to His bidding;

(19) God is not man to be capricious,
Or mortal to change His mind.
Would He speak and not act,
Promise and not fulfill?

(29) Moreover, the Glory of Israel does not deceive or change His mind, for He is not human that He should change His mind.”

(22) Oh, cease to glorify man,
Who has only a breath in his nostrils!
For by what does he merit esteem?

(5) Thus said the LORD:
Cursed is he who trusts in man,
Who makes mere flesh his strength,
And turns his thoughts from the LORD.(6) He shall be like a bush in the desert,
Which does not sense the coming of good:
It is set in the scorched places of the wilderness,
In a barren land without inhabitant.(7) Blessed is he who trusts in the LORD,
Whose trust is the LORD alone.(8) He shall be like a tree planted by waters,
Sending forth its roots by a stream:
It does not sense the coming of heat,
Its leaves are ever fresh;
It has no care in a year of drought,
It does not cease to yield fruit.

(9) I will not act on My wrath,
Will not turn to destroy Ephraim.
For I am God, not man,
The Holy One in your midst:
I will not come in fury.^-f

(5) Happy is the man who makes the LORD his trust,
who turns not to the arrogant or to followers of falsehood.

(13) Grant us Your aid against the foe,
for the help of man is worthless.

in mortal man who cannot save.

(32) He is not a man, like me, that I can answer Him, That we can go to law together.

You shall not be partial in judgment: hear out low and high alike. Fear no man, for judgment is God’s. And any matter that is too difficult for you, you shall bring to me and I will hear it.”
