Mishlei 6: שינה and הליכה

(3) Do this, therefore, my child, and be rescued, for you have come into your fellow's hand: Go, humble yourself, and let your fellow be superior.

(6) Go to the ant, lazy one; See its ways and gain wisdom.

(11) And your poverty will come like a traveller, and your loss like a shield-bearer.

(12) A lawless person is an iniquitous man, he goes with crookedness of the mouth,

(22) As you walk forth it will guide you; as you lay down, it will protect you; and when you awaken, it will converse with you.

(28) Can a man walk on hot coals Without scorching his feet?

(4) Give not sleep to your eyes, nor slumber to your eyelids.

(10) A little sleep, a little drowsing, A little folding the hands to rest,

(29) And God said, “Behold, I have given you every seed-bearing grass that is upon all the earth, and every tree that has seed-bearing fruit; to you shall they be for food.

(14) And The name of the third river is Chidekkel, it is the one that goes/flows east of Asshur. And the fourth river is the Peras.

(21) And God cast a slumber on the human and he slept; and He took one of his ribs and closed the flesh in its place.

(16) And Yaakov awoke from his sleep and said, “Surely God may be sensed in this place, and I did not know it!”
