If you see a quality is someone else that is negative, you also posses that same quality. The way you see another human being is like looking into a mirror; if you see a dirty face, that means your own face is dirty.
(ד) ... הִלֵּל אוֹמֵר...וְאַל תָּדִין אֶת חֲבֵרָךְ עַד שֶׁתַּגִּיעַ לִמְקוֹמוֹ...

The angels rise and argue with Hashem!!! They ask him how he can save someone who can have a future of killing his beloved nation! Hashem responds with a simple question- RIGHT NOW, is he good or bad?
Q: What does it mean to love someone as you love yourself? Is that possible? Another common question is can you love others before you love yourself?
A: When you do something wrong, human nature is to jump to give ourselves excuses. We should be willing to do the same for someone else as well. Benefit of the doubt is a HUGE form of love.
Also, love is about loving your Neshama and the peice of you that is Godly. On the same note, you should strive to find that piece of G-D in every other person, and to love that part of them.
(19) Peace, peace, to him that is far off and to him that is near, Saith the LORD that createth the fruit of the lips; And I will heal him.

When a person is in pain, G-D blessed us with the ability to see the good in situations.
(יח) ...וְאָֽהַבְתָּ֥ לְרֵעֲךָ֖ כָּמ֑וֹךָ...
(18) ... thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself...

The Jewish people are connected like body parts. We would not be complete without each and every person. We are all intertwined and essential for the bigger picture.
