(11) And the earth was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with thievery. (12) And God saw the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted their way upon the earth. (13) And God said unto Noah: ‘The end of all flesh is come before Me; for the earth is filled with thievery through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.

For all flesh had corrupted: Even cattle, beasts, and fowl would mate with those who were not of their own species.
(ב) חמס. בגזל ועשק וקחת גם הנשים בחזקה
(א) ותשחת הארץ לפני אלהים וגו'. כי היו גוזלים פחות משוה פרוטה שאין מוציאין בדיינין ועיני הדין רואות ואין לאל ידו להציל דמעות העשוקים לכך נאמר לפני האלהים, לפניהם ממש ובסבה זו ותמלא הארץ חמס
(ב) וירא אלהים את הארץ והנה נשחתה. זה ע"ג. כי השחית כל בשר את דרכו, זה ג"ע.
The Or Hachayim writes, that if we hold by the sage's interpretation that Chamas means things such as bloodshed, incest, and idolatry, then it makes sense that everyone was destroyed. If, however, chamas refers robbery, then why are the victim's who are being robbed, getting killed as well? This is because the people who were being robbed, were involved in bloodshed, incest, and idolatry.

As its written, "The land was corrupt before G-d". And a Baraisa of the academy of R' Yishmael taught: Anywhere that it says "corruption" (in the torah), It is only referring to sexual matters or idolatry. In the generation of the flood, it says "And the earth was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with thievery." They stole from each other, and they grabbed each other's women. They think only on the present. All of their thoughts were given over to filling their desires and inclinations. They didn't have even minimal unity. They didn't have a vision of a future, every person thought only about themselves and on their enjoyment in the moment. It reached a pinnacle in pasuk 12, when it said "For all flesh had corrupted their way upon the earth". As Rashi says, "Even cattle, beasts, and fowl would mate with those who were not of their own species." In this generation there was deviation from the normal way of things, and social and economical corruption that goes beyond all boundaries.
