(ל) תְּשַׁלַּ֣ח ר֭וּחֲךָ יִבָּרֵא֑וּן וּ֝תְחַדֵּ֗שׁ פְּנֵ֣י אֲדָמָֽה׃
(30) Thou sendest forth Thy spirit, they are created; and Thou renewest the face of the earth.
All creatures receive the divine spirit, the breath (רוח) of life, when they are born and become part of this world.
