Babylonian Talmud, Sanhedrin 54b

We have learned the scriptural warning for the penetrator (of a male) but where is the scriptural warning for the one who is penetrated (by the male). Scripture states: “There shall not a be a kadesh from the sons of Israel” and “there was also a kadesh in the land, so they were imitating all the toevot of the nations that the Lord had dispossessed...” These are the words of Rabbi Ishmael. Rabbi Akiva says: This [proof] is not necessary, for Torah states: “And with a male, you shall not lie [tishkav] the lyings of a woman,” [can also be] read: “You shall not submit to the lyings [tishakhev] of a woman.” [Translation by Rabbi Steven Greenberg]
