האוהב את שכיניו, והמקרב את קרוביו, והנושא את בת אחותו, והמלוה סלע לעני בשעת דחקו, עליו הכתוב אומר: +ישעיהו נ"ח+ אז תקרא וה' יענה תשוע ויאמר הנני.
Concerning one who loves their neighbors, who befriends their relatives, marries his sister's daughter, and lends a selah to a poor person in the hour of that person's need, Scripture says, Then you shall call, and the Lord will answer; you shall cry and Adonai will say: 'Here I am'.
