Mishna, Pirkei Avot 2:12
רבי יוסי אומר יהי ממון חברך חביב עליך כשלך והתקן עצמך ללמוד תורה שאינה ירושה לך וכל מעשיך יהיו לשם שמים
Rabbi Yosi says: Let your fellow’s property be as dear to you as your own, and prepare yourself to study Torah, for it is not an inheritance for you, and let all your deeds be for the sake of heaven. [Translation by Aaron Levy]
