אֶעְבְּרָה־נָּ֗א וְאֶרְאֶה֙ אֶת־הָאָ֣רֶץ הַטּוֹבָ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֖ר בְּעֵ֣בֶר הַיַּרְדֵּ֑ן הָהָ֥ר הַטּ֛וֹב הַזֶּ֖ה וְהַלְּבָנֹֽן׃
Let me, I pray, cross over and see the good land on the other side of the Jordan, that good hill country, and the Lebanon.”
אֵעִבַר כְּעַן וְאֶחֱזֵי יָת אַרְעָא טַבְתָא דִּי בְּעִבְרָא דְיַרְדְּנָא טוּרָא טָבָא הָדֵין וּבֵית מַקְדָּשָׁא:
Please, allow me to cross over and see the good land that is across the Yardein, this good mountain and the Lebanon [Beis Hamikdosh].’’
אֱעִיבַר כְּדוֹן וְאֶחֱמֵי יַת אַרְעָא טַבְתָא דִבְעִיבְרָא דְיוֹרְדְּנָא טַוְורָא טָבָא דְנַן דְּבֵיהּ מִתְבַּנְיָא קַרְתָּא דִירוּשְׁלֵם וְטַוָור לִיבְנָן דְּבֵיהּ עָתִיד לְמִישְׁרֵי שְׁכִינְתָּא
Let me, I pray, pass over and see the good land that is beyond Jordan, that goodly mountain on which is builded the city of Jerusalem, and Mount Lebanon, where the Shekinah will dwell.
