About Ramak
Rabbi Moshe Cordovero, known by the acronym Ramak, was a leading 16th-century kabbalist from Tzfat. His thought is systematic and conceptually thorough, but also relies on extensive quotations from earlier sources. His approach to kabbalah became widely influential, even after the teachings of his student Rabbi Isaac Luria (the Arizal) gained ultimate authority.
