כתובות-נזיר

(א) מִי שֶׁהָיָה נָשׂוּי שְׁתֵּי נָשִׁים וּמֵת, הָרִאשׁוֹנָה קוֹדֶמֶת לַשְּׁנִיָּה, וְיוֹרְשֵׁי הָרִאשׁוֹנָה קוֹדְמִין לְיוֹרְשֵׁי שְׁנִיָּה. נָשָׂא אֶת הָרִאשׁוֹנָה וָמֵתָה, נָשָׂא שְׁנִיָּה וּמֵת הוּא, שְׁנִיָּה וְיוֹרְשֶׁיהָ קוֹדְמִים לְיוֹרְשֵׁי הָרִאשׁוֹנָה:

Mishnah Ketubot 10:1

(1) [With regard to] one who was married to two women, and dies, the first [wife] takes precedence over the second, and the heirs of the first [wife] take precedence over the heirs of the second. If he married the first and she died, [and then] he married the second and he died, the second [wife] and her heirs take precedence over the heirs of the first wife.

משנה נדרים ו׳:א׳

(א) הַנּוֹדֵר מִן הַמְבֻשָּׁל, מֻתָּר בַּצָּלִי וּבַשָּׁלוּק. אָמַר קוֹנָם תַּבְשִׁיל שֶׁאֵינִי טוֹעֵם, אָסוּר בְּמַעֲשֵׂה קְדֵרָה רַךְ, וּמֻתָּר בְּעָבֶה וּמֻתָּר בְּבֵיצַת טְרָמִיטָא, וּבִדְלַעַת הָרְמוּצָה:

Mishnah Nedarim 6:1

(1) One who vows not to eat cooked foods, it is permissible for them to eat of roasted foods, and seethed foods. If he says: "Konam that I taste any cooked food," he cannot eat anything soupy cooked in a pot, but is allowed to eat solid foods, and he may eat a soft-boiled egg and the gourd baked in hot ashes.

משנה נזיר ז׳:א׳

(א) כֹּהֵן גָּדוֹל וְנָזִיר אֵינָן מִטַּמְּאִין לִקְרוֹבֵיהֶן, אֲבָל מִטַּמְּאִין לְמֵת מִצְוָה. הָיוּ מְהַלְּכִין בַּדֶּרֶךְ וּמָצְאוּ מֵת מִצְוָה, רַבִּי אֱלִיעֶזֶר אוֹמֵר, יִטַּמָּא כֹהֵן גָּדוֹל וְאַל יִטַּמָּא נָזִיר. וַחֲכָמִים אוֹמְרִים, יִטַּמָּא נָזִיר וְאַל יִטַּמָּא כֹהֵן גָּדוֹל. אָמַר לָהֶם רַבִּי אֱלִיעֶזֶר, יִטַּמָּא כֹהֵן שֶׁאֵינוֹ מֵבִיא קָרְבָּן עַל טֻמְאָתוֹ, וְאַל יִטַּמָּא נָזִיר שֶׁהוּא מֵבִיא קָרְבָּן עַל טֻמְאָתוֹ. אָמְרוּ לוֹ, יִטַּמָּא נָזִיר שֶׁאֵין קְדֻשָּׁתוֹ קְדֻשַּׁת עוֹלָם, וְאַל יִטַּמָּא כֹהֵן שֶׁקְּדֻשָּׁתוֹ קְדֻשַּׁת עוֹלָם:

Mishnah Nazir 7:1

(1) A High Priest and a nazir may not become impure for their relatives, but may for an abandoned dead body. [If] they were walking on the road and found an abandoned dead body, Rabbi Eliezer says: "A High Priest shall become impure but the nazir shall not become impure." The Sages say: "The nazir shall become impure and the High Priest shall not become impure." Rabbi Eliezer said to them: "A High Priest shall become impure, as he does not bring a sacrifice for his impurity. And the nazir shall not become impure, as he brings a sacrifice for his impurity." They said to him: "The nazir shall become impure, for his holiness is not eternal holiness. And a High Priest shall not become impure, for his holiness is eternal holiness."
