(יג) תָּמִ֣ים תִּֽהְיֶ֔ה עִ֖ם יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶֽיךָ׃ (ס)

(13) Be wholehearted with Adonai your God.

Tamim tih'yeh im Adonai Elohecha.
Kavannah/focus:
TAMIM: I hold the focus of myself as being whole, complete, and pure on the deepest levels.

(ח) שִׁוִּ֬יתִי יְהוָ֣ה לְנֶגְדִּ֣י תָמִ֑יד׃

(8) I am ever mindful of God’s presence. (I keep Adonai before me always.)

Shiviti Adonai l'negdi tamid. Shiviti Shekhinah l'negdi tamid.
Shiviti Hashem l'negdi tamid. Shiviti Havayah l'negdi tamid.
Kavannah/focus:
SHIVITI: I hold the experience of complete equanimity, serenity and stability in all situations.

(יח) וְאָֽהַבְתָּ֥ לְרֵעֲךָ֖ כָּמ֑וֹךָ׃

(18) Love your fellow human being as yourself.

V'ahavta l'reyacha kamocha.
Kavannah/focus:
LOVE/AHAVAH: I hold the focus of being wholly and completely loved just as I am.

(ו) בְּכָל־דְּרָכֶ֥יךָ דָעֵ֑הוּ וְ֝ה֗וּא יְיַשֵּׁ֥ר אֹֽרְחֹתֶֽיךָ׃

(6) In all your ways acknowledge God, and God will make your paths smooth.

B'chol d'rachecha da-ey-hu, v'hu y'yasher or'choteycha.
Kavannah/focus:
B'CHOL D'RACHECHA/IN ALL YOUR WAYS: I hold the focus of deep wisdom and awareness as I move forward on my path.

(ח) כִּ֣י אִם־עֲשׂ֤וֹת מִשְׁפָּט֙ וְאַ֣הֲבַת חֶ֔סֶד וְהַצְנֵ֥עַ לֶ֖כֶת עִם־אֱלֹהֶֽיךָ׃

(8) (...what is required of you:) [Only to do justice and to love goodness,] and to walk humbly with your God;

Hatzneyah lechet im Elohecha.

TZNIUT/HUMILITY: I hold the focus of holy humility in all my thoughts and deeds.
