donkey wanted a pet puppy. monkey said a puppy needs responsibility to feed and clean so they decided to catch fish from the Nile river. they came to Egypt purchased some worms by the Nile and caught fish that they put in one of the cooking pots. that was easier to clean.
donkey went up from Egypt to the Negev region, and monkey went with him with his wife and everything he had. monkey told funny stories to rich Egyptians who gave him flocks and herds and tents. donkey had worked hard carrying things so he became very wealthy in herds and in silver and gold.
From the Negev they went from place to place. monkey was moving about with donkey, until they came to the place where his tent had been earlier and where he had first built an altar for incense spices. There donkey burned nice incense to honor his parents.
after a year the new baby fish grew so the pot was crowded. monkey said we need to buy a new pot. donkey said you buy the new pot but i will use this one. monkey said that is not fair that i buy the new one maybe you buy the new one and i use the same one. donkey had a compromise.
donkey said to monkey, “Let’s not argue between you and me, about your fish and mine, for our names sound the same. nobody use this one you buy a new pot and i will buy a new pot." monkey agreed so they came to the pot shop. monkey liked the brown pot but donkey liked the same one.
monkey said donkey's compromise, nobody gets brown. if you get gray i will get black and if you will get black i will get gray. so donkey purchased a gray pot. monkey did not really want a pet so he cooked his fish and ate them. the pair moved to the city Hebron, where they built tents. There donkey built another altar to honor his parents.
when Tues the turkey ruled the hen house, the day after Monday was named for him Tuesday. he gathered 3 more turkeys and these 4 captured the other 5 turkeys. the 5 served tues for twelve days but on the thirteenth day, a Tuesday when tues celebrated his day, they rebelled. on the fourteenth day
tues and the turkeys with him chased away the rebels out of the hen house into the rain. tues went out and stole wheat and Ham, and rice and barley on the hill near the desert. Then they turned back to and they stole rye as well as spelt. Then the 5 turkeys marched and made a battle line against the 4 turkeys. four turkeys against five.
the Valley had tar pits. the turkeys named Sodom and Gomorrah fled and fell into the tar pits but the rest fled to the hills. The four kings took all the pots of Sodom and Gomorrah and all their food. tues the turkey also stole donkey’s fish. then they came home to the hen house.
donkey heard that his fish in his gray pot had been taken captive, he came and told this to monkey the Hebrew. donkey demanded monkey help him get it back. but monkey was angry that they argued about the pot. donkey said "not for me. do it because we worked to take care of them and now turkey stole" so donkey and monkey chased turkey.
During the night donkey and monkey split and came to the hen house from both sides. they jumped in the windows and expelled turkeys and chased them far away. the pair saw turkey put the fish in a glass bowl. donkey said we should take back the fish and the pot because they are ours.
he recovered them but before he poured them into his pot, monkey said turkey should pay double, to lose the same that it made us lose, so they took the glass bowl with the fish. they carried back the fish and pot. After donkey returned from defeating tues and the turkeys with him, the turkey named Sodom came to meet him in the Valley.
Miss turkey gave bread and wine. she was a nun and blessed donkey, saying, “Blessed be donkey by my God, Creator of heaven and earth. praise be to God who subdued your enemies into your hand.” Then donkey disagreed but gave her a tenth of his fish.
The turkey Sodom said to donkey, “Give me the wheat but keep the other grain for yourself.” donkey said to the turkey named Sodom, “I won't accept anything i give the grain to you, so that you will never be able to say, ‘I made donkey rich.’ just forgive the grain we ate.”
later tues the turkey returned and clucked at them but it was christmas so the farmer grabbed the turkey and baked it for christmas dinner. monkey said thank you for getting rid of the theif but the farmer said i eat turkey evil or good, turkey is my food.
donkey and monkey sat with the farmer and ate the turkey so they had a merry christmas.
