(י-יא) יהוה לַמַּבּוּל יָשָׁב וַיֵּֽשֶׁב יהוה מֶֽלֶךְ לְעוֹלָם: יהוה עֹז לְעַמּוֹ יִתֵּן יהוה יְבָרֵךְ אֶת־עַמּוֹ בַשָּׁלוֹם:
(10-11) Adonai sat enthroned at the flood Adonai is enthroned as King forever. Adonai will give strength to His people; Adonai will bless His people with peace.
Adonai lamabul yashav vayeshev Adonai melech l'olam.
Adonai oz l'amo yiten Adonai y'varech et amo vashalom.

(10) God sat enthroned at the Flood;
God sits enthroned, ruler forever. (11)
May strength be granted to God’s people;
may God bless this people with peace.
