(ב) עָנָן וַעֲרָפֶל סְבִיבָיו צֶֽדֶק וּמִשְׁפָּט מְכוֹן כִּסְאוֹ: אֵשׁ לְפָנָיו תֵּלֵךְ וּתְלַהֵט סָבִיב צָרָיו:
(2) Clouds and dense darkness surround Him; righteousness and justice are the foundations of His throne. Fire will go before Him to surround and burn His antagonists.

(2) Dense clouds are around Him, righteousness and justice are the base of His throne. (3) Fire is His vanguard, burning His foes on every side.
