(ט) לִפְנֵי־יהוה כִּי בָא לִשְׁפֹּט הָאָֽרֶץ יִשְׁפֹּט־תֵּבֵל בְּצֶֽדֶק וְעַמִּים בְּמֵישָׁרִים:

at the presence of God,
who is coming to rule the earth:
