(ד) הֵאִֽירוּ בְרָקָיו תֵּבֵל רָאֲתָה וַתָּחֵל הָאָֽרֶץ:
(4) God’s lightnings light up the world,
the earth is convulsed at the sight;
He'iru v'rakav tevel , ra'ata vatachel ha'aretz.
