(ה) אֲשֶׁר־לוֹ הַיָּם וְהוּא עָשָֽׂהוּ
וְיַבֶּֽשֶׁת יָדָיו יָצָֽרוּ:
(5) The sea is God’s - the One who made it; and the land, fashioned by God’s hands.
