(3) then, the Lord, your God, will bring back your exiles, and He will have mercy upon you. He will once again gather you from all the nations, where the Lord, your God, had dispersed you. (4) Even if your exiles are at the end of the heavens, the Lord, your God, will gather you from there, and He will take you from there. (5) And the Lord, your God, will bring you to the land which your forefathers possessed, and you [too] will take possession of it, and He will do good to you, and He will make you more numerous than your forefathers. (6) And the Lord, your God, will circumcise your heart and the heart of your offspring, [so that you may] love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, for the sake of your life.

(10) They shall not hunger or thirst,
Hot wind and sun shall not strike them;
For the One who loves them will lead them
And will guide them to springs of water. (11) I will make all My mountains a road,
And My highways shall be built up. (12) Look! These are coming from afar,
These from the north and the west,
And these from the land of Sinim
(14) I will restore My people Israel.
They shall rebuild ruined cities and inhabit them;
They shall plant vineyards and drink their wine;
They shall till gardens and eat their fruits.
And fountains amid the valleys;
I will turn the desert into ponds,
The arid land into springs of water.
Gather them from the ends of the earth—
The blind and the lame among them,
Those with child and those in labor—
In a vast throng they shall return here.
