יְהִי רָצוֹן מִלְּפָנֶיךָ יְיָ אֱלֹהֵינוּ וֵאלֹהֵי אֲבוֹתֵינוּ שֶׁתְּרַחֵם עַל עַמְּךָ יִשְׂרָאֵל הַנְּתוּנִים בְּבֵית הָאֲסוּרִים אֲשֶׁר אֲסָרוּם שָׁמָּה הַלִּסְטִים הַהַגְרִיאִים, בְּנֵי יִשְׁמָעֵאל הֶעָרִיצִים וְהַפְּרָאִים, אָנָּא אַב הָרַחֲמִים, רַחֵם נָא עֲלֵיהֶם וְאֶת שַׁוְעָתָם תִּשְׁמַע וְתוֹשִׁיעֵם, וְתִסְגֹּר אֶת פִּיּוֹת בַּעֲלֵי דִּינָם וְאוֹיְבֵיהֶם וְשׂוֹנְאֵיהֶם, וְתַעֲמֹד לִימִין עַמְּךָ הַנֶּאֱסָרִים וְהַשְּׁבוּיִים, וּתְקַיֵּם בָּהֶם מִקְרָא שֶׁכָּתוּב כִּי יַעֲמֹד לִימִין אֶבְיוֹן לְהוֹשִׁיעַ מִשֹּׁפְטֵי נַפְשׁוֹ (תהלים קט, לא), וְיֵצְאוּ בְּרִיאִים וּשְׁלֵמִים מִכַּבְלֵי מַאַסְרֵיהֶם, וּתְקַיֵּם בָּהֶם מִקְרָא שֶׁכָּתוּב, וְאָנֹכִי אֶהְיֶה עִם פִּיךָ וְהוֹרֵיתִיךָ אֲשֶׁר תְּדַבֵּר (שמות ד, יב): כָּל כְּלִי יוּצַר עָלַיִךְ לֹא יִצְלָח, וְכָל לָשׁוֹן תָּקוּם אִתָּךְ לַמִּשְׁפָּט תַּרְשִׁיעִי (ישעיהו נד, יז), כִּי אַתָּה הוּא מַתִּיר אֲסוּרִים וּמוֹצִיא אֲסִירִים בַּכּוֹשָׁרוֹת, וּבְיָדְךָ כֹּחַ וּגְבוּרָה לְהַתִּיר מַאַסְרֵיהֶם וְכַבְלֵי הַבַּרְזֶל מֵעֲלֵיהֶם. אָנָּה יְיָ הוֹצִיאָהּ מִמַּסְגֵּר נַפְשָׁם וּתְקַיֵּם בָּהֶם מִקְרָא שֶׁכָּתוּב, לֵאמֹר לַאֲסוּרִים צֵאוּ לַאֲשֶׁר בַּחֹשֶׁךְ הִגָּלוּ (ישעיהו מט, ט): שָׁלַח מֶלֶךְ וַיַתִּירֵהוּ מֹשֵׁל עַמִּים וַיְפַתְּחֵהוּ (תהלים קה, כ): וְהַצִּילֵם מֵחַיּוֹת רָעוֹת וּמִנְּחָשִׁים וּשְׂרָפִים וְעַקְרַבִּים, וּמֵרָעָב וּמִצָּמָא, וּמִקֶּטֶב מְרִירִי, וּמָקוֹר וְגֶשֶׁם וּבָרָד, וְשֶׁלֶג וּכְפוֹר וְקֶרַח וְרוּחַ זִלְעָפוֹת, וּמִמָּטָר שֶׁל אָבָק וְעָפָר, וּמֵרוּחַ סְעָרָה, וּמִכָּל חֳלִי וּמַחֲלָה וּמִפַּחַד וּבֶהָלָה, וּמִנֶּזֶק וְחַבָּלָה, וּמִן זְרִיקַת הַפְּצָצוֹת וּמִן הַתַּבְעֵרָה וּמֵהֲרִיסַת הַבָּתִּים, וּמִכַּף כָּל אוֹיֵב וְאוֹרֵב בַּדֶּרֶךְ, וְהַחֲזִירֵם לְבָתֵּיהֶם לְשָׁלוֹם וְהַגִּיעָם לִמְחוֹז חֶפְצָם לְחַיִּים טוֹבִים וּלְשָׁלוֹם, שְׁלֵמִים בְּגוּפָם וּבְנַפְשָׁם, וּתְקַיֵּם בָּהֶם מִקְרָא שֶׁכָּתוּב: “כִּי תַעֲבֹר בַּמַּיִם אִתְּךָ אָנִי, וּבַנְּהָרוֹת לֹא יִשְׁטְפוּךָ: כִּי תֵלֵךְ בְּמוֹ אֵשׁ לֹא תִכָּוֶה, וְלֶהָבָה לֹא תִבְעַר בָּךְ (ישעיהו מג, ב): הַצִּילֵנִי מִטִּיט וְאַל אֶטְבָּעָה: אִנָּצְלָה מִשֹּׂנְאַי וּמִמַּעֲמַקֵּי מָיִם: אַל תִּשְׁטְפֵנִי שִׁבֹּלֶת מַיִם וְאַל תִּבְלָעֵנִי מְצוּלָה וְאַל תֶּאְטַר עָלַי בְּאֵר פִּיהָ (תהלים סט, טו-טז):” וְכָל הַקָּמִים עֲלֵיהֶם לְרָעָה מְהֵרָה הָפֵר עֲצָתָם וְקַלְקֵל מַחְשְׁבוֹתָם. יִהְיוּ כְּמֹץ לִפְנֵי רוּחַ וּמַלְאַךְ יְיָ דּוֹחֶה (תהלים לה, ה): תִּפֹּל עֲלֵיהֶם אֵימָתָה וָפַחַד בִּגְדֹל זְרוֹעֲךָ יִדְּמוּ כָּאָבֶן (שמות טו, טז): כָּאָבֶן יִדְּמוּ זְרוֹעֲךָ בִּגְדֹל וָפַחַד אֵימָתָה עֲלֵיהֶם תִּפֹּל: יָקוּם אֱלֹהִים יָפוּצוּ אוֹיְבָיו וְיָנוּסוּ מְשַׂנְאָיו מִפָּנָיו: כְּהִנְדֹּף עָשָׁן תִּנְדֹּף כְּהִמֵּס דּוֹנַג מִפְּנֵי אֵשׁ יֹאבְדוּ רְשָׁעִים מִפְּנֵי אֱלֹהִים (תהלים סח, ב-ג): וּלְכֹל בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל לֹא יֶחֱרַץ כֶּלֶב לְשֹׁנוֹ לְמֵאִישׁ וְעַד בְּהֵמָה לְמַעַן תֵּדְעוּן אֲשֶׁר יַפְלֶה יְיָ (יְכַוֵּן יוֹ”ד הֵ”א וָא”ו הֵ”א) בֵּין מִצְרַיִם וּבֵין יִשְׂרָאֵל (שמות יא, ז): לְמַעַן שִׁמְךָ הַקָּדוֹשׁ הַיּוֹצֵא מִפָּסוּק: “וַיְהִי בִּנְסֹעַ הָאָרֹן וַיֹּאמֶר מֹשֶׁה, קוּמָה יְיָ וְיָפֻצוּ אֹיְבֶיךָ וְיָנֻסוּ מְשַׂנְאֶיךָ מִפָּנֶיךָ (במדבר י, לה)” כְּשֶׁהוּא כָּלוּל עִם מְקוֹרוֹ, שֵׁם הֲוָיָ”ה ב”ה כְּזֶה: (יְכַוֵּן בְּשֵׁם: יובההומקויואהוממ) וּבְנֻחֹה יֹאמַר שׁוּבָה יְיָ רִבְבוֹת אַלְפֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל (במדבר י, לו): וּתְקַיֵּם בָּנוּ מִקְרָא שֶׁכָּתוּב: “יְיָ שֹׁמְרֶךָ יְיָ צִלְּךָ עַל יַד יְמִינֶךָ: יוֹמָם הַשֶּׁמֶשׁ לֹא יַכֶּכָּה וְיָרֵחַ בַּלָּיְלָה: יְיָ יִשְׁמָרְךָ מִכָּל רָע יִשְׁמֹר אֶת נַפְשֶׁךָ”: “יְיָ יִשְׁמָר צֵאתְךָ וּבוֹאֶךָ מֵעַתָּה וְעַד עוֹלָם (תהלים קכא)”: אָמֵן כֵּן יְהִי רָצוֹן |

May It be Your will, YHVH, our God and the God of our ancestors to be as a mother to the people of Israel who are held in captivity [by the terrorists of Hamas]. Please, merciful parent, have compassion for them. Hear their cries and save them, shut the mouths of their enemies who hate and would attack them. Be a support for Your people who have been captured and imprisoned, and may they experience what is described in the verse – “You stand at the right hand of the needy, to save them from those who would condemn them” (Psalms 109:31). May they leave captivity healthy and whole, and may You fulfil what is written “I will be with your mouth and teach you what to say” and “No weapon formed against you shall succeed, and you will defeat every tongue that rises against you in judgement” (Isaiah 54:17). For you free prisoners and “let them go, safe and sound”, You have the power to undo their binds and break their chains. Please YHVH, free them from prison, and may they experience what is written – “To say to the captives come out, and to those who are in darkness be revealed” (Isaiah 49:9) and “The king sent to have him freed; the ruler of nations released him" (Psalms 105:20). Save them from evil beings, from snakes, and vipers, and scorpions. From hunger and thirst, from fears and demons, from cold, rain and hail, from snow, frost, and ice, from storm winds and from blowing dust and ashes. Save them from any illness and sickness, from terror and anxiety, from injury and harm. Save them from falling bombs and fires, and collapsing buildings. Save them from enemies on the roads and bring them home peacefully. Bring them to the place of their desire, to a good and peaceful life, whole in body and spirit. May they experience “though you pass through water, I will be with you, and rivers will not overwhelm you. Though you walk through fire you will not be burnt and the flame will not consume you” (Isaiah 43:2). “Rescue me from the mire; let me not sink; let me be rescued from my enemies, and from the watery depths. Let the floodwaters not sweep me away; let the deep not swallow me; let the mouth of the pit not close over me” (Psalms 69:15-16). Undermine the plans and the thoughts of all who rise against them. “Let them be as chaff in the wind, GOD’s angel driving them on” (Psalms 35:5). “Fall upon them terror and fear, by the power of Your arm, silenced like stone” (Exodus 15:16); Like stone silenced by Your arm’s power, fear and terror upon them fall. “God will arise; all opponents shall be scattered, and foes shall flee. Disperse them as smoke is dispersed; as wax melts at fire, so the wicked shall perish before God” (Psalms 68:2-3). “But not a dog shall snarl at any of the Israelites, at human or animal—in order that you may know that GOD makes a distinction between Egypt and Israel” (Exodus 11:7). Act for the sake of Your holy name, derived from the verse: “And when the Ark traveled, Moshe said: Rise YHVH, may Your enemies scatter and your foes flee before You” (Numbers 10:35). Combined with its origin, this creates the blessed name: יובההומקויואהוממ “And when it halted, he would say: Return, O ETERNAL One, You who are Israel’s myriads of thousands!” (Ibid, 36) And may we experience – “YHVH is your guardian, YHVH is your protection at your right hand. By day the sun will not strike you, nor the moon by night. YHVH will guard you from all harm and will guard your life. YHVH will guard your going and coming now and forever” (Psalms 121). Amen, so may it be. |
