Kindness of Kindness

Chesed is “free flow.” It’s like the flow of the stream that does not recognize or care where its going to. It’s tendency is simply to flow free. So the “free flow of the free flow” is even more so, an actual conviction to give free flow, without concern, that enables the free flowing process. Perhaps like giving to everyone who puts their hand out on Purim. Another expression of this combination might be “Ahavas Chesed”, loving to do kindness. Or “the nature of kindness to do kindness.” That fundamental midah that explains creation with merit. The first Rosh Hashana, meting out good before we did anything to be worthy of it. Even though, in general, this concept is on the level of keser, there is a concept that the essence of chesed stays the same from the highest level to the lowest.
