The place You made to dwell in, יקוק,
The sanctuary, O my lord, which Your hands established.
(8) And let them make Me a sanctuary that I may dwell among them.
He (rabbi Yehuda HaNasi) went and arranged for his son to marry a daughter of the household of Rabbi Yosei ben Zimra. They agreed for first he would sit and learn for 12 years before marrying. They showed him the girl and he said: Let it be just six years. They passed her in front of him again and he said to them: I will marry her now and then go study. He was then ashamed to see his father, but his father said: My son, you have your Maker’s trait: Initially it is written: “You bring them and plant them.” (Ex. 15:17) And ultimately it is written: “And let them make Me a Sanctuary, that I may dwell among them” (Ex. 25:8).
“The LORD has chosen
To abide in a thick cloud: (13) I have now built for You
A stately House,
A place where You
May dwell forever.”

To abide in a thick cloud; (2) I have built for You
A stately House,

May dwell forever.”
