Save "Netzach (Omer)"

Yours, LORD, are greatness, might, splendor, triumph, and majesty—yes, all that is in heaven and on earth; to You, LORD, belong kingship and preeminence above all.

From generation to generation we will declare Your greatness, and to all eternity, we will sanctify Your holiness, and Your praise, our God, will not depart from our mouth forever and ever; because You are the Almighty Who is King; Great, and Holy. Blessed are You, Adonoy, the Almighty, the Holy One.

Netzach has multiple meanings. One is Eternity as shown in above in this text from the end of Kedusha.
Netzach also shares a root with Nitzachon, meaning victory as we read each week in our Prayer for The State of Israel.
This is where we derive the sense that Netzach is aboud endurance or ambition. Whatever kindness, discipline or balance we've discovered, how do we make it last? How can we sustain our commitment to Chesed, Gevurah and Tiferet?
Netzach is about victory, or in less competitive terms, success. Success requires ongoing commitment and patience over time. Rome wasn't built in a day, after all. What strategies do we utilize to help achieve our goals, and remain successful and stable over the long term?

Moreover, the Glory of Israel does not deceive or change His mind, for He is not human that He should change His mind.”

It is totally human to change one's mind! Sometimes it's really important to stay open-minded and allow ourselves to change. But Netzach Yisrael also doesn't deceive. When we consider our own relationship to Netzach - our ambitions, goals and endurance, we have to ask: which of my commitments are worth fighting for? Are the enduring habits I have the habits I want?
What's more enduring the Torah, which has lasted all these centuries against all adversity Jews have faced throughout history?

Has His Chesed disappeared forever (Lanetzach)?
Will His promise be unfulfilled for all time?

The psalmist asks rhetorically, reminding us that the opposite is true. Hodu LAdonai Ki Tov, Ki leOlam Chasdo -- God's love is everlasting, surely it did not disappear forever. Though the rest of psalm paints a picture of despair and distress, we're reminded that God's promise will not go unfulfilled.

תּֽוֹדִיעֵנִי֮ אֹ֤רַח חַ֫יִּ֥ים שֹׂ֣בַע שְׂ֭מָחוֹת אֶת־פָּנֶ֑יךָ נְעִמ֖וֹת בִּימִינְךָ֣ נֶֽצַח׃ {פ}

You will teach me the path of life.
In Your presence is perfect joy;
delights are ever (netzach) in Your right hand.

And know that Adonai Tzeva'ot, that is the right pillar called "Netzach" which is the Netzach that places God's Chesed on Israel And this is the place that makes good decrees for Israel by cleaving to the upper crown (keter elyon), and never revokes it. And accordingly, Israel always needs to cleave and strengthen itself in the Attribute of Netzach, which is the secret of the Right Hand (Chesed) that stands to overpower the Left (Gevurah), and is called Netzach because it brings Victory in Israel's battles, therefore it was necessary for King David to say in the book of Psalms: 'Lamnatzeach mizmor ledavid'. In all places, 'Lamnatzeach' signals the attribute of Netzach. and in all places, "Hodu L'Hashem Ki Tov" signals the attribute of Hod. They are signifiers of Netzach and Hod, respectively.

And I need to arouse you about a great and deep matter:

We learn that there are 3 candles that light the eye of mercy. They are called, Chesed, Netzach and Tiferet. When one looks and lights these three candles within the sefirot, the world is joyful, glad, complete, lacking distress and bad affliction, for the Good Eye has providence over all creation and all these worlds which stand full and complete.

And sometimes the Attribute called Netzach, is Called Adonai Tzeva'ot, because it places below the possibility to decree justice for good, or for punishment all according to the deeds.

We see that Netzach is a source of 'good decrees' that are not revoked. This is a mystical reflection on God's commitment to everlasting Chesed/Mercy, but what does that teach us about our own Netzach? When we ourselves commit to doing the right thing, fight for the right causes, we bring about God's merciful decrees. We learn on High Holidays that to avert the harsh decree (ma'avirin et roa-hag'zeirah) we need three things: Teshuvah, Tefillah and Tzedakah.
Netzach is Sod HaYamin - Secret of the right. We see in our layout of the sefirot that Netzach is just below Chesed on the right. If Gevurah is good choices, Netzach is good habits. Saving us from the need to constantly choose, we can commit to doing our best - and when we do so from a place of love, it is that much more sustainable.
There are many psalms which begin with the mysterious cue lamenatzeach which scholars believe is the 'director' of the Levite choirs that performed these psalms in the Temple. Alternatively, the source above suggests this is a secret coded signal to alert the reader that the psalm invokes the energy of Netzach. In our siddur, you'll see the Psalm for Thursday and those for the House of Mourning begin this way.
At the end we see the Eye of Mercy contains Chesed Tiferet and Netzach which make up the Right-Center of the Tree of Life. This triumvirate when revealed leaves whomever sees it joyful, stress free and at peace.
Lastly the Attribute of Netzach is associated with Adonai Tzeva'ot - the same name used often by the Angels to refer to God. Kadosh Kadosh Kadosh - Attribute of Netzach - whose glory fills the whole world.
