I pray that guide you me in your truth and teach me to circumcise my heart, my eyes, my tongue, my hands, and my whole body and mind, that I might discipline and focus my sexual and social instincts, as I subdue them to your will and make them obedient to your command.

- I will not covet my neighbors house or wife, but pray for the happiness and peace of their home and success of their children.
- I will not deceive or lie to a woman, nor about her to others, but seek justice between us. I will speak the truth in love, and respect her honor.
- I will not steal from a woman (or any human) will not harass, grope, coerce, or touch her without informed consent, but recognize that it is her body and her choice. Nor will I deny my partner timely attention, nor isolate in permanent celibacy, but rather I will make love to my woman.
- I will not commit adultery nor uncover nakedness in other forbidden relations, nor walk in the statutes or imitate the practices of the idolaters.
- I will not shed her blood, nor threaten violence, verbally abuse, scoff, or demean. If tempted to strike her, I will break off the relationship.
- I will not seduce, deceive or lead a woman astray into idolatry, athiesm, or false religion, or lawlessness, or forbidden relations, or prostitution.
- I will not bond with or marry an idolater. An idolatrous woman who chooses to cling to me must shave her head, accept the Noahide covenant, and wait at least a month.
- I will not place before my eyes any idol, fetish, or sculptured image, nor any pornographic image. I will not gaze upon those in found in public, nor on those that appear before my imagination, but my eye will despise them or I will avoid such places. I will destroy all such images that come accidentally into my possession. I will not exhibit myself in a bathhouse, mikvah, or locker room, or any other public place, by walking around naked, and will avoid places where this is common practice.
- I will not spill my seed wastefully, nor handle my sex organ, nor participate in an abortion.

Thank you for giving me social and sexual instincts, I give them to you make subservient to your will. Teach me to discipline, restrain, and strengthen my sexual and intellectual inclination to love and create, that I will rejoice to fulfill your command in and love my friend, colleague, and neighbor, as I love myself, both generally and in the particular context of binary sexuality and marriage, as it is said, "two are better than one, for they have a good reward for their labor".
