וְלָקַ֖ח אֶת־שְׁנֵ֣י הַשְּׂעִירִ֑ם וְהֶעֱמִ֤יד אֹתָם֙ לִפְנֵ֣י יְהֹוָ֔ה פֶּ֖תַח אֹ֥הֶל מוֹעֵֽד׃
Aharon shall take the two goats and make them stand before God at the entrance of the Tent of Meeting.
לְהַעֲמִיד leha’amid (שֹׁרֶשׁ ע.מ.ד)
