The navi wants you to think about destruction
To communicate how much destrctuon there had been because sedom and ameorah represent destruction
(10) Listen to the word of Hashem, you
leaders of Sodom;
Pay attention to Hashem's instruction,
people of Amorah (11) “What need have I of all your sacrifices?”
Says the LORD.
“I am (overly) full with burnt offerings of rams,
And fat of fat cows
And blood of bulls;
In lambs and he-goats, I do not want.
(12) That you come to appear before Me—
Who asked that of you?
Trample My courtyards
(13) Don't continue to to bring a Korban Mincha for nothing
Incense is offensive to Me.
Rosh Chodesh and Shabbos,
and Yom Tov
Assemblies (for religious reasons) with iniquity, (sin)-d
I cannot take it.
(14) I hate your observance of Rosh Chodesh and Yom Tov
They are become a burden to Me,
I cannot take them. (15) And when you lift up your hands,
I will turn My eyes away from you;
Though you daven a lot -
I will not listen.
Your hands are stained with crime—
