I accidentally made a recurring donation
We apologize for any confusion in making a donation. To cancel the recurring donation, please follow the link in your email confirmation to your Classy (Sefaria's donation processor) profile. On your profile, you will see options to cancel or update your recurring gift. If you'd like to request a refund or need additional support with this process please email [email protected].
I made a donation by accident
I would like to change my monthly donation amount and/or update the credit card associated with my recurring gift
In order to update the details of your recurring gift, including amount and credit card information, please follow the link in your email confirmation to your Classy (Sefaria's donation processor) profile. On your profile, you will be able to manage these details. You can also email Sefaria's development team at [email protected] at any time for additional support with making these changes.
I never received a donation receipt

- If you made your donation by check or wire transfer, your donation receipt may be in the mail. If you never received an acknowledgement letter by mail, please contact [email protected] and we can mail or email you a new one.
