(ב) ט֗וֹב יָפִ֣יק רָ֭צוֹן מֵה' וְאִ֖ישׁ מְזִמּ֣וֹת יַרְשִֽׁיעַ׃
(2) A good person elicits favor from God, but a scheming person causes wickedness.
(ט) ט֣וֹב נִ֭קְלֶה וְעֶ֣בֶד ל֑וֹ מִ֝מְּתַכַּבֵּ֗ד וַחֲסַר־לָֽחֶם׃
(9) Better to be treated lightly and serve for your keep, Than to be a self-aggrandizing person who lacks bread.
(יב) חָמַ֣ד רָ֭שָׁע מְצ֣וֹד רָעִ֑ים וְשֹׁ֖רֶשׁ צַדִּיקִ֣ים יִתֵּֽן׃
(יג) בְּפֶ֣שַׁע שְׂ֭פָתַיִם מוֹקֵ֣שׁ רָ֑ע וַיֵּצֵ֖א מִצָּרָ֣ה צַדִּֽיק׃
(12) A wicked person craves the prey of evildoers; but The root of the righteous provides for them.
(13) In the sin of the lips lies a trap of evil, but a righteous person escapes trouble.
(יד) מִפְּרִ֣י פִי־אִ֭ישׁ יִשְׂבַּע־ט֑וֹב וּגְמ֥וּל יְדֵי־אָ֝דָ֗ם ישוב [יָשִׁ֥יב] לֽוֹ׃
(14) From the fruit of a person's mouth he will be replete with good, and the payment for a person's handiwork will be returned to him!
(כ) מִ֭רְמָה בְּלֶב־חֹ֣רְשֵׁי רָ֑ע וּֽלְיֹעֲצֵ֖י שָׁל֣וֹם שִׂמְחָֽה׃
(כא) לֹא־יְאֻנֶּ֣ה לַצַּדִּ֣יק כָּל־אָ֑וֶן וּ֝רְשָׁעִ֗ים מָ֣לְאוּ רָֽע׃
(20) Deceit lurks in the hearts of those who plot evil; but For those who advise/counsel peace there is gladness. (21) No iniquity befalls the righteous, But the wicked are filled with evil.
(כה) דְּאָגָ֣ה בְלֶב־אִ֣ישׁ יַשְׁחֶ֑נָּה וְדָבָ֖ר ט֣וֹב יְשַׂמְּחֶֽנָּה׃
(25) Where there is anxiety in a persons's heart, he should suppress it, And let a good thing convert it into gladness.
