Welcome,

May he who enters be blessed in the name of the LORD; we bless you from the House of the LORD.

Happy is the man You choose and bring near to dwell in Your courts; may we be sated with the blessings of Your house, Your holy temple.

Parents recite

If I forget you, O Jerusalem, let my right hand wither;

let my tongue stick to my palate if I cease to think of you, if I do not keep Jerusalem in memory even at my happiest hour.

we all recite

Hear, O Israel! The LORD is our God, the LORD alone.

It takes village... We ask all together for the almighty to help up and remind us we are in this together

O LORD, deliver us! O LORD, let us prosper!

BRIT BLESSING
Parents / rabbi recite the blessing

"Baruch atah A-donay, Elo-heinu Melech Ha’Olam, asherkideshanu bemitzvotav vetzivanu le-hach-ni-soh bivrito shel Avraham Avinu",

“Blessed are You, L‑rd our G‑d, King of the universe, Who has sanctified us with His commandments and commanded us to enter him into the Covenant of Abraham our father.”

And we all recite together

“Ke-shem she-nich-nas la-brit kein yi-ka-neis le-to-rah oo-le-choo-pah oo-le-ma-a-sim to-vim.”-

“Just as he has entered into the Covenant, so may he enter into Torah, into marriage, and into good deeds.”

Covenant of salt on the hands

Washing of the feet

(19) All the sacred gifts that the Israelites set aside for the LORD I give to you, to your sons, and to the daughters that are with you, as a due for all time. It shall be an everlasting covenant of salt before the LORD for you and for your offspring as well.

(4) Let a little water be brought; bathe your feet and recline under the tree.

Avot D'Rabbi Natan 7:17a (Brining him into the tent of Abraham)
Let your house be open; let the poor be members of your household. Let a person’s house be open to the north and to the south and to the east and to the west, even as Abraham’s house was, for Abraham made four doors to his house, that the poor might not be troubled to go round the house, but that each would find they faced a door as they approached . . .

Shehecheyanu

Blessed are you god our sovereign, who has granted us life, sustained us and enabled us to to reach this occasion.

Baruch ata adonay, elihenu melech haolam. Shecheyanu, Vekiemanu, Vehigianu lazman haze.

Blessed are You, Lord, Our God, King of the Universe, Who creates fruit of the vine.

(42) then will I remember My covenant with Jacob, and also My covenant with Isaac, and also My covenant with Abraham will I remember; and I will remember the land.

Naming the child
Sovereign of the universe, may it be Your will that this covenant be regarded and accepted by You as if I had presented him before the Throne of Your Glory. And You, in Your abounding mercy, send through Your holy angels a holy and pure soul to EEE the son of YYY and MMM who has now been welcome in the covenant of Abraham for the sake of Your great Name. May his heart be open as the doors of the great hall in the temple may his mind be wise with the holy Torah, to learn and to teach, to observe and to practice; May his soul be bright and full of love. Grant him long life, a life imbued with the good deeds, a life of wealth and honor; and fulfill the desires of his heart for good.
Amen
We all say
