We pour the first cup. The matsot are covered
Make Kiddush
On weekdays, begin here:
Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, who creates the fruit of the vine.
Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, who has chosen us from all peoples and has raised us above all tongues and has sanctified us with His commandments. And You have given us, Lord our God, appointed times for happiness, holidays and special times for joy, this Festival of Matsot, our season of freedom [in love] a holy convocation in memory of the Exodus from Egypt. For You have chosen us and sanctified us above all peoples. In Your gracious love, You granted us Your special times for happiness and joy.
Blessed are You, O Lord, who sanctifies Israel, and the appointed times.
Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, who has granted us life and sustenance and permitted us to reach this season.
Drink while reclining to the left and do not recite a blessing after drinking.
anyone who has gone to a
religious kindergarten knows that when the teachers helped the students to make the sparkly haggadot, they put the words, "V'hotzeiti, V'Hitzalti, V'Ga'alti, V'Lakachti," under the four cups of wine. This is the opinion of Rabbi Yochanan and Rabbi Benayah in the next source
There are three l'shonot shel ge'ulah in the first pasuk, one in the second, and one in the third. Why does V''lakachti get special status to be included, while V'heiveiti is left out?
(For those who answer by saying that Kos Eliyahu is V'heiveiti, and thus it is not disenfranchised, it is still separated from its counterparts.)
From where [do we know the requirement to drink] four cups?
Rabbi Yochanan [said] in the name of Rav, "Rabbi Banniah said, 'Corresponding to the four [expressions of] salvations: "Therefore say unto the children of Israel, I am the Lord, and I will bring you out, etc. And I will take you to Me for a people, etc."(Exodus 20:6-7). "And I will bring you out, and I will rescue you, and I will save you, And I will take you."' Rabbi Yehoshua ben Levi said, 'Corresponding to the four cups of Pharaoh: "And the cup of Pharaoh was in my hand and I squeezed them into the cup of Pharaoh and I placed the cup onto the palm of Pharaoh... and you will place the cup of Pharaoh, etc." (Genesis 40:11-13).'
I'm counting the iron thighs and the half-iron legs as the same thing, because the divided kingdom stems from the fourth full kingdom (as evidenced by the remaining iron).

I'll add a final suggestion. The four cups could mirror the four decrees of Pharaoh:
The decree of slavery is mentioned at Kadeish, because both bring a community together. The second cup, which is raised at V'hi She'amda, is mirrored by Pharaoh hands-down, no questions asked, charge to the midwives to kill the Jewish newborn males. The third cup is drunk at Birkat HaMazon, where we thank Hashem for giving us the sustenance so vital to life, which contrasts with the Egyptian genocide against the baby boys. And the final cup we drink at the second Hallel, which is adding on praise; this mirrors the stoppage of free straw, which was overkill.
