(1) Heal us, O Lord, and we shall be healed, save us, and we shall be saved, for You are our praise. Bring complete healing to all our wounds,
(3) for You are God and King, the faithful and merciful healer. Blessed are You, O Lord, Who heals the sick of his people Israel.

When this text says "for you are my glory", it implies that if the person is dead then they cannot praise god as they are in the prayer
Emotional healing/national redemption - not on a personal/physical scale, moreso based on a national redemption/healing. Saying that the nation will live better than they had before
(26) He said, “If you will heed the LORD your God diligently, doing what is upright in His sight, giving ear to His commandments and keeping all His laws, then I will not bring upon you any of the diseases that I brought upon the Egyptians, for I the LORD am your healer.”
Refers back to the Jeremiah 17:14 source, where both talk about God saving a person since they will not be able to praise Him once they are dead
Early Palestinian Version
English: Heal us, O Lord our God, from the sickness of our heart {and remove from us misery and sighing}, and bring about healing for our wounds
This is talking about a more emotional sickness rather than a physical sickness: The sickness of the heart shows that it is an emotional sickness
