(י) וַֽיהוָ֤ה אֱלֹהִים֙ אֱמֶ֔ת הֽוּא־אֱלֹהִ֥ים חַיִּ֖ים וּמֶ֣לֶךְ עוֹלָ֑ם מִקִּצְפּוֹ֙ תִּרְעַ֣שׁ הָאָ֔רֶץ וְלֹֽא־יָכִ֥לוּ גוֹיִ֖ם זַעְמֽוֹ׃ (ס)
(10) But the LORD God is the true God, He is the living God, and the everlasting King; At His wrath the earth trembleth, And the nations are not able to abide His indignation.

(ח) עָנֵ֤ה מַלְכָּא֙ וְאָמַ֔ר מִן־יַצִּיב֙ יָדַ֣ע אֲנָ֔ה דִּ֥י עִדָּנָ֖א אַנְתּ֣וּן זָבְנִ֑ין כָּל־קֳבֵל֙ דִּ֣י חֲזֵית֔וֹן דִּ֥י אַזְדָּ֖א מִנִּ֥י מִלְּתָֽא׃
(8) The king answered and said: ‘I know of a certainty that ye would gain time, inasmuch as ye see the thing is certain with me,

(ד) וְהֻֽגַּד־לְךָ֖ וְשָׁמָ֑עְתָּ וְדָרַשְׁתָּ֣ הֵיטֵ֔ב וְהִנֵּ֤ה אֱמֶת֙ נָכ֣וֹן הַדָּבָ֔ר נֶעֶשְׂתָ֛ה הַתּוֹעֵבָ֥ה הַזֹּ֖את בְּיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
(4) and it be told thee, and thou hear it, then shalt thou inquire diligently, and, behold, if it be true, and the thing established, that such abomination is wrought in Israel;

(ח) יָבֵ֥שׁ חָצִ֖יר נָ֣בֵֽל צִ֑יץ וּדְבַר־אֱלֹהֵ֖ינוּ יָק֥וּם לְעוֹלָֽם׃ (ס)
(8) The grass withereth, the flower fadeth; But the word of our God shall endure for ever.’

(ד) כִּֽי־יָשָׁ֥ר דְּבַר־יְהוָ֑ה וְכָל־מַ֝עֲשֵׂ֗הוּ בֶּאֱמוּנָֽה׃
(4) For the word of the LORD is upright; And all His work is done in faithfulness.

(כו) וְעַתָּ֖ה אֱלֹהֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל יֵאָ֤מֶן נָא֙ דבריך [דְּבָ֣רְךָ֔] אֲשֶׁ֣ר דִּבַּ֔רְתָּ לְעַבְדְּךָ֖ דָּוִ֥ד אָבִֽי׃
(26) Now therefore, O God of Israel, let Thy word, I pray Thee, be verified, which Thou didst speak unto Thy servant David my father.

(ה) וְאָ֣הַבְתָּ֔ אֵ֖ת יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֑יךָ בְּכָל־לְבָבְךָ֥ וּבְכָל־נַפְשְׁךָ֖ וּבְכָל־מְאֹדֶֽךָ׃
(5) And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.

(ג) אַ֚ף חֹבֵ֣ב עַמִּ֔ים כָּל־קְדֹשָׁ֖יו בְּיָדֶ֑ךָ וְהֵם֙ תֻּכּ֣וּ לְרַגְלֶ֔ךָ יִשָּׂ֖א מִדַּבְּרֹתֶֽיךָ׃
(3) Yea, He who cherishes the peoples, All His holy ones—they are in Thy hand; And they sit down at Thy feet, Receiving of Thy words.

(יא) הַֽנֶּחֱמָדִ֗ים מִ֭זָּהָב וּמִפַּ֣ז רָ֑ב וּמְתוּקִ֥ים מִ֝דְּבַ֗שׁ וְנֹ֣פֶת צוּפִֽים׃
(11) More delightful are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold; sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.

(י) כִּֽי־תָב֣וֹא חָכְמָ֣ה בְלִבֶּ֑ךָ וְ֝דַ֗עַת לְֽנַפְשְׁךָ֥ יִנְעָֽם׃
(10) For wisdom shall enter into thy heart, And knowledge shall be pleasant unto thy soul;
(יז) דְּרָכֶ֥יהָ דַרְכֵי־נֹ֑עַם וְֽכָל־נְתִ֖יבוֹתֶ֣יהָ שָׁלֽוֹם׃
(17) Her ways are ways of pleasantness, And all her paths are peace.

(ג) אִמְר֣וּ לֵ֭אלֹהִים מַה־נּוֹרָ֣א מַעֲשֶׂ֑יךָ בְּרֹ֥ב עֻ֝זְּךָ֗ יְֽכַחֲשׁ֖וּ לְךָ֣ אֹיְבֶֽיךָ׃
(3) Say unto God: 'How awesome is Thy work! Through the greatness of Thy power shall Thine enemies dwindle away before Thee.

(ב) יְהוָ֤ה אֲדֹנֵ֗ינוּ מָֽה־אַדִּ֣יר שִׁ֭מְךָ בְּכָל־הָאָ֑רֶץ אֲשֶׁ֥ר תְּנָ֥ה ה֝וֹדְךָ֗ עַל־הַשָּׁמָֽיִם׃
(2) O LORD, our Lord, How powerful is Thy name in all the earth! Whose majesty is rehearsed above the heavens.

(ט) וְיֹתֵ֕ר שֶׁהָיָ֥ה קֹהֶ֖לֶת חָכָ֑ם ע֗וֹד לִמַּד־דַּ֙עַת֙ אֶת־הָעָ֔ם וְאִזֵּ֣ן וְחִקֵּ֔ר תִּקֵּ֖ן מְשָׁלִ֥ים הַרְבֵּֽה׃
(9) And besides that Koheleth was wise, he also taught the people knowledge; yea, he pondered, and sought out, and set in order many proverbs.

(כ) שְׁמַ֣ע עֵ֭צָה וְקַבֵּ֣ל מוּסָ֑ר לְ֝מַ֗עַן תֶּחְכַּ֥ם בְּאַחֲרִיתֶֽךָ׃
(20) Hear counsel, and accept instruction, That thou mayest be wise in thy latter end.

(ט) טוֹב־יְהוָ֥ה לַכֹּ֑ל וְ֝רַחֲמָ֗יו עַל־כָּל־מַעֲשָֽׂיו׃
(9) The LORD is good to all; And His tender mercies are over all His works.

(טז) הִנְּךָ֨ יָפֶ֤ה דוֹדִי֙ אַ֣ף נָעִ֔ים אַף־עַרְשֵׂ֖נוּ רַעֲנָנָֽה׃
(16) Behold, thou art beautiful, my beloved, yea, pleasant; Also our couch is leafy.
הַדָּבָר הַזֶּה עָלֵינוּ לְעולָם וָעֶד
(קיז) וְיַצִּיב וְנָכון וְקַיָּם וְיָשָׁר וְנֶאֱמָן וְאָהוּב וְחָבִיב וְנֶחְמָד וְנָעִים וְנורָא וְאַדִּיר וּמְתֻקָּן וּמְקֻבָּל וְטוב וְיָפֶה הַדָּבָר הַזֶּה עָלֵינוּ לְעולָם וָעֶד:אֱמֶת. אֱלהֵי עולָם מַלְכֵּנוּ. צוּר יַעֲקב מָגֵן יִשְׁעֵנוּ. לְדר וָדר הוּא קַיָּם וּשְׁמו קַיָּם. וְכִסְאו נָכון. וּמַלְכוּתו וֶאֱמוּנָתו לָעַד קַיֶּמֶת:וּדְבָרָיו חָיִים וְקַיָּמִים. נֶאֱמָנִים וְנֶחֱמָדִים לָעַד וּלְעולְמֵי עולָמִים. עַל אֲבותֵינוּ וְעָלֵינוּ. עַל בָּנֵינוּ וְעַל דּורותֵינוּ. וְעַל כָּל דּורות זֶרַע יִשרָאֵל עֲבָדֶיךָ:
