Proverbs 24:17
בִּנְפֹל אויביך אוֹיִבְךָ אַל תִּשְׂמָח וּבִכָּשְׁלוֹ אַל יָגֵל לִבֶּךָ:
If your enemies fall, do not exult; If they trip, let your heart not rejoice. [JPS translation edited for gender neutrality]
