Proverbs 6:30
לֹא יָבוּזוּ לַגַּנָּב כִּי יִגְנוֹב לְמַלֵּא נַפְשׁוֹ כִּי יִרְעָב:
A thief is not held in contempt for stealing to appease his hunger. [JPS translation]
