יוֹדֵעַ צַדִּיק נֶפֶשׁ בְּהֶמְתּוֹ וְרַחֲמֵי רְשָׁעִים אַכְזָרִי
A righteous person knows the needs of their beast, but the compassion of the wicked is cruelty. [JPS translation. Edited for gender neutrality]
