Exodus 28:3

וְאַתָּה תְּדַבֵּר אֶל כָּל חַכְמֵי לֵב אֲשֶׁר מִלֵּאתִיו רוּחַ חָכְמָה וְעָשׂוּ אֶת בִּגְדֵי אַהֲרֹן לְקַדְּשׁוֹ לְכַהֲנוֹ לִי:
Speak to everyone who is naturally talented, to whom I have granted a spirit of wisdom, and let them make Aaron’s clothing. [Translation by Areyvut]
