Genesis, Chapter 14 בראשית, י״ד
3 ג

כָּל אִלֵין אִתְחַבְּרוּ לְמֵישַׁר פַּרְדְסַיָא:

All these were joined in the valley of the gardens.

5 ה

וּקְטוּלוּ יַת זִיבָּרַיָא דִבְּעַשְׁתְּרוֹת קַרְנַיִם וְיַת זַוְיָתָנַיָא דִי בְּהוֹן וְיַת אֵמְתָנַיָא אִילֵין דְשַׁרְיָין דִבְנוּהָ קַרְתָּא:

And they slew the giants who were in Ashtaroth-Karnaim, the famed who were among them, and the formidable who inhabited the city which they had built,

6 ו

וְיַת חוֹרָוָאֵי אִילֵין דְשַׁרְיָין בְּטוּרָא דְגַבְלָא עַד מֵישַׁר חֲזוֹזָא דִסְמִיךְ עַל מַדְבְּרָא:

and the cavern people who dwelt in the mountain of Gebala, unto the valley of vision which is nigh upon the desert.

9 ט

וְאַמְרָפֶל מַלְכָּא דְפִנְטוֹס וְאַרְיוֹךְ מַלְכָּא דְאֶלָסָר אַרְבַּע מַלְכִין לְקָבֵיל חַמְשָׁא סִידְרוּ סִדְרֵי קְרָבָא:

And Amraphel king of Pontos, and Ariok king of Elasar: four kings against five spread out the array of war.

10 י

וּמֵישַׁר פַרְדְסַיָא בֵּירְוָון בֵּירְוָון מַלְיָא חֵמָר:

The valley of the gardens was full of pits of bitumen:

14 יד

מַרְבִּיצֵי בֵּיתֵיהּ תְמַנֵי עַשְרֵי וּתְלַת מְאָה וּרְדַף בַּתְרֵיהוֹן עַד דָן דְקִיסְרִיוֹן:

Domestics (marbitsi, down-liers) of his house, eighteen and three hundred, and pursued after them unto Dan of Kisarion.

15 טו

וּרְדָפִינוּן עַד עַוְותָא דְמִצָפוֹן לְדַמֶשֶק:

And he pursued them unto Havetha, which is from the north of Darmesek.

17 יז

וְיַת מַלְכַיָא דְעִימֵיהּ לְמֵישַׁר דַחֲזוֹזָא הוּא בֵּית מֵישְׁרָא דְמַלְכָּא:

And the kings who were with him, at the plain of vision which was the house of the king's plain.

18 יח

וּמַלְכִּי צֶדֶק מַלְכָּא דִירוּשְׁלֶם הוּא שֵׁם רַבָּא הֲוָה כָּהִין עִילָאָה:

And Malki Zedek, king of Yerushalem, who was Shem, who was the great priest of the Most High.

21 כא

וּסְגוּלָה דְבַר לָךְ:

And the treasure take to thee.

23 כג

אִם מֵחוּטָא וְעַד רְצוּעָה דְסַנְדְלָא אִם אֶסַב מִכָּל דִילָךְ וְלָא תֶהֱוֵי מִתְרַבְרַב וַאֲמַר אֲנָא עֲתָרִית יַת אַבְרָם:

If from a thread to the latchet of a sandal I receive of all that is thing: that thou magnify not thyself and say, I have enriched Abram.
