Adonoy our God, please make the words of Your Torah pleasant in our mouths and in the mouths of Your people Israel. And may we and our descendants [and the descendants of our descendants] all know Your Name and be students of Your Torah, in order to bring it into action, to cultivate virtuous character, and to be earnestly skillful in knowing you.
And may the descendants of Your people the House of Israel, also learn Your Torah for its own sake, to transmit its light to the nations, to fulfill their mission as a kingdom of priests, a holy nation, and a light to the nations.
Blessed are You, Adonoy Who teaches Torah to His people, Israel, and who transmits it to the nations. Sanctify us by graciously teaching us the seven commandments of the Noahide covenant, allow us to partake of your Spirit of holiness and become members of the commonwealth of Israel.

(22) Thus said GOD:Let not the wise glory in their wisdom;Let not the strong glory in their strength;Let not the rich glory in their riches. (23) But only in this should one glory:In being earnestly devoted to Me.For I GOD act with kindness,Justice, and equity in the world; For in these I delight—declares GOD.

I bow toward Your holy templeand praise Your name for Your steadfast love and faithfulness, because You have exalted Your name, Your word, above all.a
ברוך שהבדלנו מין התעים
הרה אני מקבל עלי את עול מלכותך,
את ברית נחי ושבע מצוותיו.
Thank you for helping us separate ourselves from those who stray, teaching us to forsake idolatry and atheism, and the worship of stars, constellations, polytheistic fetishes, and human strength.
Thank you for transforming us by the renewal of our minds to your oneness, omnipresence, and eternal nature. As we accept the yoke of your heavenly kingdom, teach us your Noahide covenant and its seven commands. Instruct, encourage, and discipline those who volunteer for your service.
This prayer's original prototype is found in the Siddur Ashkenaz Weekday Shacharit, Preparatory Prayers
.. שקדשה את ישראל במצותיו, למדני חוקותך.
לא תשא את שם יי אלקיך לשוה, כי לא
ינקה יי את אשר ישא את שמו לשוה
(It is prophesied in Jeremiah 4:2, that when Israel swears in truth, righteousness, and justice, Noahides will bless the God of Israel)
Blessed art Thou God of Israel, Universal King, and greatly to be praised
.. who has sanctified Israel by thy commandment, teach me thy statutes.
(end with this prayer anytime you start a blessing and don't know how to finish it. When joining a group of Jews who are performing a mitzvah in which you, as a Noahide, are not commanded, they may say "who has sanctified us by his commandments and commanded us" .. to do such and such. They do it as a mitzvah, a holy obligation or "sacrament", whereas you as a Noahide do it as a voluntary act of discipleship and a good deed. Therefore although you do the same or similar actions, you must say different bracha over it, which does not presume a higher level of sanctity than you actually have.)
as it is written:
Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain.
