It was asked of them: What to do about putting beer into them [jugs that had held gentile wine]?
Rav Naḥman and Rav Yehudah prohibited this, and Rava permitted it. Ravina permitted Rav Ḥiyya, son of Rav Yitzḥak, to pour beer into one.
He went and poured wine into it. Even so, he was not concerned over the matter, saying, "It is merely an incidental occurrence."
