Fallen Sukkah

(11) In that day, I will set up again the fallen Booth of David: I will mend its breaches and set up its ruins anew. I will build it firm as in the days of old,

On that day-When they purify their sins.

I will raise-I will return the kingship of the House of David that fell in the days of the exile.

I will mend-the breach that was in it, no other king of Ephraim will rule, for there was a breach in the kingship of the House of David.

And the ruins-the ruins of the kingship of the House of David during the days of the Exile when they didn't rule at all. Behold, I will raise it and build. It will be built and prepared for eternal days. It will be like the days of David himself.

On that day I will raise up the fallen sukkah of David-At first, the House of David was built and was an established house, the House of David was a chain from generation to generation. Later, it wasn't an established house it was only a temporary booth. This was during the Second Temple period that nullified the monarchy of the House of David when the Hasmoneans and Herod ruled. Yet there were still princes from the seed of the House of David and this was like a temporary booth. Afterward, the Booth of David also fell because in the Exile the princes were also nullified and there was not even a memory of the princeliness.

When the text says "God will raise the Booth of David" it means that a man will arise from the seed of David and lead the people like the princes led....This man will awaken them and lead them to enact justice and righteousness. Through (these acts) I will raise the Booth of David for this princeliness will come from his seed. But, the booth is still in ruins. Afterward, Israel will receive the leadership of the Heavens (God) and they will receive this leadership willingly...

I will set up it's ruins anew-and the Complete Booth will not be damaged...and then the booth will become a permanent building.

I will build it like the days of old-The kingship will be permanent as it was originally.
