Let me begin my practice with gratitude
to the Yogic tradition that developed this embodied practice
which I experience through my Jewish neshamah.
In my body, in my flesh, in my soul,
may I be enabled to mindfully direct my action,
to re-member, to return, and to heal the place of the universe.
I am my prayer to You
